Currently Ranked 1 in the United States and 15 In THE WORLD for Hard Trance on thedjlist.com, GHOSH continues to be a leading force in the electronic music scene both in the U.S. and abroad. His motto, Only Good Can Judge Me, has become as well recognized and respected as the prominent DJ himself. GHOSH spins hard, yet effortlessly produces his deep and edgy, emotive trademark sound. True to his hard trance roots, at the end of his sets he leaves the crowd feeling as though theyve moved on from something. We hear elements of trances origin in his style. Genres merge and we receive everything from European-influenced hard trance, with its dark elements, to classic trance sounds of the more melodic nature. His style is reminiscent but truly unique.
His inspiration to spin evolved out of a deep love for electronic music, a style he always searched for growing up in the Middle East. It was his arrival in the States in 1995 that saw the emergence of a long-awaited sound, and ultimately a career as one of trance musics most renowned DJs. In 1995, GHOSH immersed himself in the music scene and attended events and parties, absorbing the club culture around him. In 2001, he earned himself a following after impressing club managers, club patrons, and established DJs with his unrivalled demos. His ability to captivate crowds secured him a guest residency at the famous Soma club, spinning alongside such names as Sander Kleinenberg, Tiesto, and Sasha.
GHOSHs name soon became synonymous with tech/tribal trance. In 2006/07/08 he performed at the renowned Caffeine and earned a reputation for his strong presence and ability to engage the crowd with intense sets. In 2007, he received an invitation back to his native land, Kuwait, to host events and introduce radio stations to EDM. This offered the opportunity to tour through Kuwait, Yemen, and such celebrated places for nightlife in the Middle East as Dubai and Lebanon. In addition to hosting various Club Nights and events, radio stations had both his Self Sacrifice and Twin Head tracks in heavy rotation.
GHOSH then returned to the U.S. and conquered the electronic music scene many times over. With more hype than any other DJ in his area, GHOSH has a following that surpasses some of the largest headliners to play in his genre. The momentum has garnered him even more residencies, including the world-famous Church Seven Candles. He continues to play many of the largest shows in North America, such as 2008's Global Dance at Red Rocks and Electric Daisy Carnival, where he performed to sold-out crowds of over 12,000.
GHOSH continues to focus his energy on the tech trance scene, a scene he repeatedly influences. Akram Artist Management, where he has landed a prime standing, is his most recent endeavor. He has finally found his sound and his place as one of the foremost tech trance DJs the industry has ever seen. Although the world can also expect him to focus his attention on building an international presence, GHOSH still remains true to the heart of electronic music, with his ever increasingly popular "Alchemic Dose" weekly podcast at http://djghosh.podomatic.com/, which has climbed into the top 100 podcasts. His core principle, as mentioned in his last interview, is that "People inspire me, as does a deep passion and belief that music is integral to humans well being and their emotions."

Whether he's wreaking havoc in the DJ booth or in the studio, Johnny Vicious has made an indelible mark on the world's dance floors and is regarded as a turntable phenomenon as well as an invincible producer and remixer. He is without question lauded internationally as one of dance music's brightest stars. The particular style that he has perfected over the years has propelled him into a class of his own.
Prior to achieving worldwide notoriety Johnny's roots date back to New Jersey where he was born and raised. As a child he initially favored Rock music but began toying with a pair of turntables and became instantly enamored with dance music's sinuous energy. The underground sounds coming from Chicago based labels such as DJ International and Traxx continued to fuel his burning passion for the music. "It's Funny" Johnny laughs while recollecting his progression "one minute I was into Motley Crue and the next I was listening to Tony Humphries? mix show on Kiss-FM. I started DJ?ing in my friend's basement, and I didn't know what I was doing. It sounded like trains crashing" Johnny's mixing skills quickly improved and in 1989 earned a slot spinning at Manhattan?s famed Palladium nightclub; his first Big Apple show DJing with the Legend Larry Levan live on Hot 97. From then on he never looked back.
Appearances at the most legendary clubs in N.Y.C. like Red Zone, Palladium, and Sound Factory followed and Johnny parlayed these gigs into a residency at the world renowned Roxy declaring that Johnny Vicious had finally arrived front and center.
Soon after, Johnny collaborated with Sound Factory Bar?s Jeffery Rodman and created Vicious Muzik. They both paved the way for Johnny's seminal Liquid Bass EP, showcasing his m?nge of beats and samples that established him as one of the most promising rising artists in dance music and put him on the map worldwide.
Phone calls and Faxes are rolling in for him to play at the worlds best clubs from Europe to Japan and Down under in Sydney vicious was unstoppable.
Johnny Vicious has been one to simply let his music do the talking, but if he were adamant about one thing it would be his forward-looking vision of dance music, which rails against stagnation and thrives on pushing the envelope. His relentless production touch has been felt by pop notables such as Madonna, Whitney Houston, Beyonce, Natasha Bedingfield, Shakira, Britany Spears, Michael Jackson, Akon, 36 Mafia, Justin Timberlake, Kat Deluna, The Veronica's, The Ting Tings, Ashlee Tisdale,Veronica,Byron Stingley, Lula, Brain Bug, IIo, React, Duncan Sheik, Chicane, Amber, Filter, Simply Red, Aretha Franklin, Deborah Cox, Jimmy Sommerville and Kristine W. as well as underground legends such as Candido, First Choice, Loleatta Holloway, Karen Finley and Shades of Love.
His unique combination of house, trance and eclectic vocals provided a recipe for success producing chart-topping hits such as "Ecstasy" Featuring Lula, and "Moments" Featuring Myndy K.This contributed to him securing his own mix show on New York City?s biggest radio dance station W.K.T.U. where he was heard breaking his newest remix and productions on Saturday Nights. That soon Led him to residency's at Sound Factory,Tunnel,Exit from which he started one of the most successful parties in NYC on friday nights... "Sexy At The Roxy" with local star promoters A-luv and Bobby Goodrich.
As if his schedule wasn't busy enough. He opened up a record label simply named VISH Records for the more commercial sounds and Warehouse records. The labels include his own productions and also the sounds of Masi and Mello "Bang-04" and DJ Exacta?s LXC "Like You", the VISH label also highlights further productions from unreleased material and fresh new sounds.
Johnny was also a big part of the Ultra Records family where he mixed four of Ultra's top selling CD's Ultra Dance 01, 03, Ultra Trance 03, Ministry of sounds "Club Nation", and ?Clubbers Guide?.
selling over a million CD's Aside from the Ultra releases the first installment of the ?Deeper And Harder" compilations was also released on Dee Vee.Recently Johnny has released CD's on Thrive records which consisted of mainly a lot of commercial tracks and classics along with an Electro Cd .
He is now working on his new label. "Warehouse" which will consist of new artists, underground tracks, and a line of CD compilations. Johnny confirms, "The Compilations will consist of current club hits and underground tracks. The way dance CD''s are supposed to be, more like what I love to play in a club or I have remixed. Not what a record executives idea of dance music is.You know the kind that never goes out past 10 pm and sits behind a desk all day reading and relying on pop and dance charts. Other than people sharing mp3's I'm positive that is why the compilation market went to SHIT!! No one was listening they were just reading. I know knowledge is wealth, but in the music market those funny looking things on the side of your head with the holes in them do the reading."
Currently he has a residency in Providence Rhode Island "Warehouse Wednesdays" ,his new brand name. It is growing weekly and making a big buzz along the United States east coast.
Johnny says "There will be many guest DJ's. It is a family vibe, everyone knows each other and the new clubbers that come in each week are there because they have been invited, not from a flyer found in a mall or on the street in front of a club.We are adding promoters that love house music and not to just get people through the door like cattle. It's a free party now, but when we start charging the core group of people that have come every week from the start will never pay at any of my warehouse parties around the world with their membership card."
"While I'm doing major-label mixes, I still want to keep myself in the underground." affirms Johnny. "As a DJ, I always want to hear new records, and as a producer, I always want to make new sounds. I don't want to get away from this music. Dance music will always be around, and I'll always be a part of it."

With more than 15 years as a DJ and producer, Pete Bones is something of an underground legend.
He could just sit back and earn gigs on the strength of his reputation alone. But thats not Petes style.
He knows what he wants, and hes good enough at what he does to make it happen. And thats why Pete Bones is always one step ahead of the rest of the scene.
Well, that, and the fact that hes simply a very nice bloke.
The first half of Petes career is a lesson in success. Gaining his first residency in 1990 at Hand & Spear in Surrey, Petes DJ career took off quickly, and it wasnt long before he was guesting all over Europe and the UK.
Pete had bigger plans though, and soon began producing quality, pumping house tracks for the burgeoning scene.
In ´92 he launched Ugly Bug records and recorded hits under an array of aliases including the club smashes, Just Lick It, Mooncat and Strong to Survive as The Shaker before being signed to XL recordings in ´95, after a 3 way struggle between A&M, XL, and Maifesto to secure his signature.
He went on to release one more single under the Shaker alias Star which was a massive club anthem across the world. His djing skills started to attract the talents of promoters as far afield as Capetown and Durban in S.Africa, as well as New York, L.A. and Denver in the USA.
For most, this would have been the peak of an outstanding career, but Pete was after something a bit more substantial.
Despite the massive chart success, Pete reinvented his sound and launched a new label: Red Ant Records. Having a hit track is great and all, but I was really more concerned about the underground, says Pete.
Red Ant was a way for me to get back to what I wanted to do, which was make tough, techy tracks with a lot of energy.
Red Ant instantly caught the attention of the progressive and tech-house scenes. Now, almost 50 releases down the road, Red Ant tracks are getting run-outs with everyone from A-list progressive house champions like Timo Maas, Deep Dish and Chris Fortier, through to more house-oriented DJs like Roger Sanchez and Danny Tenaglia.
Even tough-track kings like Carl Cox and Seb Fontaine have thrown down Red Ants thumping, tracky 12"s.
Meanwhile, Pete continues the reinvention
Recent Red Ant releases like In The Beats Freakus/Giant mixes, Spangled, Solo and his collaboration with up-and-coming producers the Sleepfreaks In My Mind, and DJ Mouse with City Guide and Marlin are taking the funkier, darker approach of Petes more recent DJ sets, while still retaining the pumping feel that Red Ant is famous for.
With residencies at New Yorks Shine, Centro-Fly and Rain in his adopted home town of Tampa over the past few years, and now more recently at Snatch and Detour in Florida, as well as guest spots in Istanbul, Paris, Brussells, Amsterdam, Warsaw, Florence, Lisbon and Ibiza in the past 12 months, he is as sought after as ever, but remains somewhat of a mystery, only playing the more underground clubs, noted for their more discerning crowds.
Petes first commercially released mix CD Live at Kabal, hit the streets in 2004 to much critical acclaim, and with many more Red Ant tracks ready to go, Petes more than a little happy with the way things have turned out.
Heâ??s doing things exactly how he wants them done, and keeping ahead of the curve in the process. Its a mix of success, talent, and integrity that few other artists can lay claim to.
Peteâ??s latest project in 2005 sees him teaming up with legendary 80´s and 90´s Electro industrial pioneers My Life With the Thrill Kill Kult and releasing My Life Remixed a 13 track full length album, featuring some of the worlds hottest remix talent, such as Bryan Zentz, Tomie Sunshine, Phunk Investigation, and D:Fuse.
The My Life Remixed tour is well underway, taking in cities such as NYC, Chicago, Philadelphia, L.A., Kansas City, Baltimore, Denver and Tampa, and is comprised of the band playing a special 2005 live show, and Pete Bones deejaying both before and after their live show.

Joseph Mancuso (Joman) has made a name for himself as an extremely ambitious and long-standing music producer, DJ and vocalist in the genres of trance, house, and industrial music. In the 8 years since first being exposed to electronic music, this talented producer has written hundreds of original tracks, performed at prominent music events along with world-famous headliners, and released his debut album, "Bleeding Heart Synchronicity."
Influenced by trance, particularly old-school trance, Joman has created his own style, which includes an eclectic range of trance and house. To this he also adds a sense of artistic darkness and depth with his inclusion of industrial sounds. The hard sound of tracks like "No Junk No Soul" and the melodic, flowing vibe of tracks like "Axiom" attest to his versatility as a producer, and the broad range of emotions he derives his music from.
As if producing hundreds of original tracks was not enough, he has gained a following at many notable events including Andromeda, Pyrotechnics, Illuminati and the Church, headlining alongside such artists as ATB, BT, Darude, 4 Strings, Joop, John 00' Fleming, Victor Dinaire, John Bishop, Donald Glaude and others. His hard work and musical production skills captured the attention of prominent artists such as Ghosh and Nitemer, who recruited Joman to play his new track "The Flow" to a packed crowd at The Church. In addition, his deep and melodic trance sounds earned him radio play that led to a show on Clear Channel's 93.3's E-11.
Recently Joman was discovered by DJ Vanish of One Productions, who immediately signed him to his indie side label, Velcro City Records. The deal resulted in Joman's remix of Vanish's "Mile High City" being downloaded internationally from BEATPORT.COM in such locations as the Netherlands, Vietnam, the Ukraine and others. It also resulted in a Beatport exclusive release of Joman's track, "Simple Memory," featuring remixes by several artists, including Vanish himself, whose remix ended up in the top 100 charts on the site. One of Joman's remixes of LA's "Oh Shit!" - Tha Illest ft. Messinian (engineered by Solitude Studios) also managed to make the Beatport Top 100 International Electro Charts.
